Privacy notice

What this site does with your data.

A short, honest notice. No dark patterns, no pre-checked consent, no trackers that need a banner.

Last updated 2026-04-19.

Controller

Who runs this site.

Blue Abraham, Denmark. You can reach me at hello@blueabraham.com.

What is collected

The contact form, and nothing else.

When you submit the form at /contact/, I receive the fields you fill in — your name, email, company, role (if provided), company size (if provided), the topic you selected, and your message. The email delivery system (Cloudflare Email) adds a timestamp and the standard mail envelope.

Outside the form, this site does not ask for or store personal data. There is no account, no login, no personalisation.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interest in replying.

GDPR Article 6(1)(f): I process the form submission because you asked to start a conversation, and replying to it is the obvious, expected next step.

Retention

Up to 24 months, then gone.

I keep contact submissions for up to 24 months, which covers the typical time between a first conversation and a concrete engagement. After that they are deleted unless they have become part of an active client file, which is covered by its own agreement.

Ask me to delete yours earlier and I will — see below.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure.

You can ask me, at any time, for a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@blueabraham.com and I will respond within 2 business days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — Datatilsynet in Denmark, or the equivalent in your country.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. Aggregated request metrics — country, referrer, user-agent class, response status — are retained by Cloudflare for a short window. No personal identifiers are collected.

Cookies

None that need consent.

This site sets no non-essential cookies. A consent banner is only required under the ePrivacy Directive for non-essential storage on your device; there isn’t any.

Processors

Where the data actually lives.

Hosting and email: Cloudflare (Workers, Cloudflare Email). Cloudflare’s data processing terms apply. That is the full list.

International transfers

Data stays close.

Cloudflare processes requests from its global network; European traffic is handled by European edge locations where possible. Any international transfers by Cloudflare are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses via Cloudflare’s data processing addendum.

Changes

If this notice changes.

Material changes get a new “last updated” date and, where relevant, a note in Writing. There is no email list to notify.
